DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Peter Wagner\n\nThis course is aimed at young resear
 chers who are in charge of research projects and teams. In addition\, the 
 content of the workshop will also be relevant for a career outside academi
 a.\nThe focus will be on interactive exercises to help you learn more abou
 t yourself and your individual leadership competences\, as well as to init
 iate a discussion about a "leading" or "managed" position. Case studies wi
 ll also allow you to benefit from the experiences of other participants.\n
 You will reflect on leadership tasks and the competences that are helpful 
 for this and learn about different leadership styles and their areas of ap
 plication. The aim is to strengthen and further develop your own attitude 
 to leadership and the associated responsibilities.\nThere are no minimum r
 equirements for participation in this course\, as everyone has experience
