We are planning a career event where we want to talk about career planning and different career paths. We have invited Dr Kolja Briedis to give a keynote speech in which he will outline the various paths after the doctorate based on statistical data from a long-term survey. Claus Roll from OPTICA will talk about career paths in publishing and beyond.
We know from previous events that our doctoral candidates are very interested in the Fellows' personal paths and therefore we invited them to share their experience. We envision the event as a panel discussion and will collect questions from the students in advance.
