Submission Guidelines for Your Poster
- How to Submit: Share your ideas by submitting an abstract or a short paper through the "Submit new abstract" option.
- Publication Opportunity: All accepted abstracts will be featured in the event's Book of Abstracts and will be displayed online at inference.uni-jena.de
- Poster Presentation Time: Engage with attendees during two 30-minute poster presentation slots on 08.05.2024.
Key Dates to Remember
- Deadline for Abstract Submission: Submit by 07.04.2024.
- Notification of Acceptance: Receive feedback post-review on 15.04.2024.
- Event Date: Mark your calendar for 08.05.2024.
Requirements
- Language: Abstract and poster in English
- Poster Dimensions: A0 size (participants are responsible for bringing their posters)
Submission Instructions
- Click on the button "Submit new abstract" below to begin your submission.
- Create an Indico account if you don't have one already.
- Enter your abstract text into the provided text box. You may copy and paste from a Word document or use LaTeX or Markdown formats.
- If including references, please use the APA style. Example:
[1] Author's Last Name, First Initial. (Year of Publication). Title of the work. Publisher. - Additionally, you are allowed to upload one image or figure in a standard image format (JPEG, PNG) or PDF.
