This workshop focuses on mental well-being during the doctoral journey. Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of stress and develop simple, science-informed strategies to prevent exhaustion. Through personal reflection, group discussions, and practical exercises, we’ll explore ways to regulate energy, set boundaries, and foster resilience. The session offers a safe space to talk about challenges, share coping strategies, and normalize the ups and downs of academic life. Participants leave feeling seen, supported, and more grounded.
